What type of file does my logo need to be?

To ensure superior quality and clarity in printing or engraving, we recommend providing an high-quality PNG with a transparent background or a SVG file. Please be aware that if a low-quality image is uploaded, it may result in a delay in your order as we may need to contact you or conduct research to adapt your logo to meet our standards.

Can I add additional information to my logo?

Should you wish to include additional details like your name, phone number, or email in your logo, feel free to specify in the "Note for the seller" box before adding the item to the cart.
We'll be delighted to accommodate your preferences.

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Certainly! Kindly submit an inquiry, and we will furnish you with a discount code tailored to the specific product and quantity you are interested in.

Do you have quantity limit?

No Quantity Limit.

Whether you need one personalized item or a bulk order, there's no quantity limit. We offer discounts for bulk orders, making it cost-effective for your business.

Can I ship directly to my client?

Absolutely!

We're delighted to ship the orders directly to your clients, to make it as easy as possible for you.

Simply ensure that you input your client's address as the shipping address during checkout.

No receipts are enclosed with our orders.

Can I get a design proof?

Absolutely, simple check the "Yes" box for the design proof question before adding the product to the cart.

Also, feel free to add as a note in the "Note for the seller" box.

Can I replace the contact information with a custom message on the product?

Absolutely! Majority of our products are very flexible in design.
Simply write your custom message in the "Add your personalization box".

Can I have contact information on the product without a logo?

Yes. We offer 3 options to add your signature directly on the product:

- simple text with your name and contact information

- round contact badge without logo (this is by default if the png file of the logo was not provided)

- round contact badge with logo in the center.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time vary depending on the product and customization.

The production period for a custom-made item varies from 2 to 7 business days (*excluding the duration for design proof approval, if requested).

Shipping time is between 3 to 10 days depending on location. Please allowed extra time during the holiday season.

We work diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Our services are currently available within the United States.

Do you accept returns?

We strive to ensure the 100% satisfaction of each and every customer with their order from us.

Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Personalized items are custom-made especially for you; therefore, they are not returnable. However, If you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we will work to find the best solution. Any orders that arrive damaged from shipping or have an error on our end will be replaced.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

Changes or cancellations may be possible if the order hasn't entrant the production yet. Contact us as soon as possible, and will assist you.
